In 1983, a group of left-wing squatters occupied the side wing and parts of the rear building of Grüntaler Straße 38. After a few years of maintenance, renovation, remodeling and fighting with the city’s own property management, a constantly changing, colorful group has been living in the house in the Soldiner Kiez since 1986.
